Research Project Summary:

Co-infect U4.4 cells (which are RNAi-competent Aedes albopictus cells) with both sylvatic and human-endemic dengue virus strains, following the experimental approach described by Pepin and Hanley (2008), in order to determine if RNAi is a factor in competition of dengue virus strains.
