Bio: 

Dr. Rodriguez-Uribe has over thirty years of experience in research and education. She directed the Summer Medicinal Plants Internship for the NMSU College Assistant Migrant Program (CAMP), a federally funded initiative designed to support migrant and seasonal farmworker students in pursuing higher education, for a decade. From 2018 to 2022, she contributed to the Sustainable Bioeconomy for Arid Regions (SBAR) team as a Research and Education Specialist. In this role, she also collaborated with the Youth Development and Education/Extension & Outreach teams to develop STEM-focused curricula and activities for youth. In 2023, Dr. Rodriguez-Uribe joined the NMSU U54 PACR Team as a Program Assistant.

In 2024, she joined the U-RISE team as a Program Specialist.

She earned her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from New Mexico State University.
